It is important to us that the recipients of our services have an opportunity to provide feedback that can help to improve the services we offer. Therefore, if you have received any of our services, we ask you to give us feedback using the form or simply by writing something in the comment field. The form contains some questions that will give us an idea of the experiences yo have had from the first contact with the crisis centre, daytime services, during your stay with us, re-establishment as well as any follow-up services you have received after your stay. Is there anything we can do better, or is there anything we do well that we should do more of?

The feedback you send us will remain anonymous and will be treated confidentially. We will not be able to identify the persons who send the form to us.
